Machine shops generally have limited machining capabilities including lathes, drilling and boring machines. But we have precision machines like CNC Horizontal Machining Centre, Horizontal Boring CNC with high accuracy which is suitable for machining of Traction Motors and other precision components.

We also have high-end inspection facilities for assuring the conformity of the products as per customer requirements. We have recently installed a Sheffield make Co-ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) with measuring range of 1250mm x 2000mm x 1000mm having volumetric accuracy of 12microns with Renishaw Auto-indexing probe.

Installed in : Sep 2007
Table size – 1500mm x 1500mm
Travels – 2000mm x 1500mm x 2000mm

Other than above, we have other conventional Boring machine, Plano-milling machine, Drilling machine, etc.
